According to a post by VG247, it is reported that Microsoft plans to release Forza 3 this Christmas as one of the Xbox 360’s major holiday games.

Nothing much otherwise is known about Forza, other that the speculations of over 100 tracks and 400 cars, as well as the sighting of some promotional material. Hopefully we can see something more later in the year.

yes i read this was coming out cant wait. who wants them fly paint jobs? hit me up cause i want them fly cars without having to play the game cause im lazy! man i hope theres another money cheat.
