Microsoft Stores Coming Soon

In a time when many retailers are going out of business and closing their doors, Microsoft have announced plans to open a chain of retail stores in a move to rival Sony & Apple.

Details are currently thin on the ground with no information on how many stores, location, when, or even what will be sold. Taking a wild guess at the ‘what’ though, I would say all things Xbox, Games for Windows, expensive keyboards, funky mice, and Windows - not the glass kind obviously but the software that makes your computer unstable.

Microsoft has tasked all of this to former DreamWorks executive David Porter, its new vice president of retail stores.
